The staff is really helpful. The hotel is clean and beautiful. The hairdryer, towl, soap and shampoo are provided. Wifi is without password you can surf on internet righ away. Plus the internet speed is stable you can even call skype from ur phone! The location is great becuz it's in a safe Italian zone. The breakfest is included. The tram 73 will take you directly from Milan linate airport to " piazza grandi". 73 leaves from airport very frequent you don't have to wait! Near the hotel there is couple bar and pizzeria. Tram73 and 27 will take you to duomo, which is the must-visit-place and shopping spot in Milan! We spent three nights here and we really enjoy our stay! Strongly recommend this hotel!

Room very large & no problems with hot water (unlike a number of other places we stayed in Italy). Comfortable stay for a reasonable rate - we really struggled to find a reasonable hotel in Milan not charging really high rates.
The area the hotel is in is not great. Need to bus from the hotel to get to the Doumo, would be at least a 30minute walk through a pretty bad area if didn't. Not very easy to find when we came from the Central Station.

Teo(the host) is a very very nice man, And the breakfast here is perfect, we really enjoy the time we spent in Milan with this hotel.
It is not very easy to find this hotel for the first time, especially in the evening.

Although it is a small hotel, with few rooms, the service was very good and the personal very helpful. It was also very cheap for a city like Milan!

The staff was helpful and nice. The room was clean and nice designed.
There is no elevator and the rooms are on the second floor so you have to carry your suitcase at the stairs.

In a safe neighborhood
It was not clean, my door did not close, I had to carry up my suitcase to the top floor and no one offered to help, the man at the desk was not very helpful and was rude to me when my friends dropped me off for the night, and I did not feel safe overall.

Having to climb up stairs with luggage was not a treat. The breakfast was deffinetly lacking- no coffee the first morning and no fresh pastries (as promised) both mornings.

The location is good and quite, but the metro station Dateo near by was kind of scary during the weekends for first time traveller in Italy.
No air conditioner. It was very hot in the summer of Milan and the only fan in the room does not help much. I had to take shower 4 times a day to keep myself calm. Do not recommend for summer.

A really good option if you want to avoid Milan's high prices. It is clean and comfortable, a small family hotel and the owner is friendly and helpful. It is also very conveniently placed for easy access to the centre of Milan by tram, bus or even by foot if you like to stretch your legs. The central train station is a quick bus ride away too.
